Change that tune – throw something
A while back I assisted 21tanks to put together the massive Game n Watch. That one went a bit viral. They recently contacted me to assist them in getting this music hack into their office as well. Watch this space. Will keep you posted on the design and end product.
The basic idea
Throw something at the wall, if you hit the tune currently playing will we changed.
Platform
Will use arduino of course and the PC interface via a Mac and Itunes.
Help Needed
Anyone knows how to inject keystrokes to the active window on the MAC using PYTHON? I have used SendKeys on the Game hack, but I think that is only available on Windows platforms. (found one answer here)

Hi Tobie, I made a working POC and captured everything in the video hereunder. It uses VLC. Can work on Linux/Mac/Windows … actually any OS. Did not have access to Mac/iTunes though. Hopefully there’s something useful in the methodology. Arduino->Python->SocketConnection->VLC_Remote->ChangeTune.
