Tsakane Technology Roadshow on Software Freedom Day – 20 September
A bunch of us from House4Hack are going to go to African School For Excellence (in Tsakane) on Software Freedom Day (20th September 2014) to introduce the school kids to some tech! Check out the details on the kick-ass website that Raoul and Toby put together:

We want to expose the learners at ASE to empowering technologies like 3D printing, arduino, programming, open-source software, giving them an opportunity to learn those at their own pace. The way we do plan to do this is by leaving behind electronic kits, arduino, books, PCs, software, video tutorials, and more.
We are planning a number of talks to get the kids started:
- General programming – Toby Kurien
- Electronics for kids – Cable
- Arduino programming – Raoul Diffouo
- Inkscape – Guy van den Berg
- 3d modelling with Blender – Jeandre
- 3d printing – Richard van As
