I have used http://dirtypcbs.com and can really recommend them.  They are based in Hong Kong, but even with shipping cheaper than local options

2. get 3d printer filament?

With filament quality matters and difficult to predict.  We have had lots of success with PLA from  Netram and Filament factory

3. get stuph laser cut?
